Shipping policy

Where we ship — We only deliver into UK mainland at this moment.

 

Shipping rates 

Express (Next Working Day) rate - £5.95

Economy (2-3 Working Day) - £3.95

(All orders over £15 will be despatched free of charge on the Economy Service)

Processing times

Orders placed before 12.00pm (Mon-Friday) will be despatched same day.

Orders placed over the weekend will be despatched on the next working day.

Estimated delivery times

The shipping times provided are a service standard only and are not guaranteed by Little Monkey Gifts

Couriers used

Royal Mail and Evri depending on the size of the package.

Order tracking

You will be provided with a tracking number for your parcel at the point of despatch.

Lost orders

Should in the unlikely event a parcel be lost please contact us at hello@littlemonkeygifts.co.uk.

 

Undeliverable packages

If the parcel is returned due to no fault of us shipping costs will need to be paid by the customer for re-delivery.
