Returns & Refunds Policy
Here at Little Monkey Gifts, we want you to be delighted with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.
• Notification: You must inform us of your decision to cancel within this 14-day window by emailing Hello@littlemonkeygifts.co.uk
• Returning the Item: Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us by post or you can also make your return or exchange at our store in Branston, Burton upon Trent.
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.
. Postage: In this case, the cost of the original postage will not be refunded.
2. Exceptions to Returns
Please note that certain items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. These include:
• Personalised or Custom-Made Goods: Any items made to your specific requirements (e.g., engraved jewellery, custom prints, or monogrammed items).
• Perishable Goods: Food items, hampers with fresh produce, or flowers.
• Hygiene-Sensitive Items: Earrings or sealed beauty products if the hygiene seal has been broken.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If the unlikely event your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us at hello@littlemonkeygifts.co.uk within 48 Hrs of receipt of the goods, with your order number and a photo of the issue.
• Within 30 Days: You are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement.
• After 30 Days: We will offer a repair or replacement in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
4. How to Return an Item
1. Pack the item securely (you can often reuse our original packaging).
2. Include your Order Number and name inside the parcel.
3. Send the package to:

Please Note: Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service and obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
• Timeline: You will receive the refund within 14 days of us receiving the goods back
• Standard Delivery: We will refund the cost of standard delivery if the full order is returned. If you chose a premium delivery option (e.g., Next Day), only the standard delivery cost will be refunded.
